Privacy Policy

All information we gather is confidential and purely to understand the client’s history as it pertains to the therapies they require or request.

24 Hour Cancellation & Late Policy

Our clients are requested to contact us 24 hours in advance for cancellations. If 24 hours notice is not given, then the client must pay full price for the session they missed. If a client arrives late to a session they will receive treatment during the remaining time and are expected to pay for the full session.

Illness

If you are suffering from any sort of contagious illness (cold, flu, cough, open wound), we will happily reschedule your session. In the event of a surprise illness we will be happy to refund or reschedule your session, even without 24 hour notice, with the presentation of a valid medical note.

Receipts

We provide electronic receipts for all services. Paper receipts are provided upon request. We extend to our clients so that they may submit it to their insurance company.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferrable and have no cash value. Please confirm your certificate at the time of booking and present your gift certificate at the time of treatment. All gift certificates are valid for six months after purchase, as indicated on the certificate itself.
