JLM Therapeutics: Fitness Classes

JLM Therapeutics offers a number of options to get you in great shape, with various fitness classes and private and semi-private yoga and Pilates sessions available.

Classes –

20/20/20 offers the best of all worlds, with a cardiovascular segment, a weight segment and then balance and flexibility. You get all fitness components in one short hour! It’s your one-stop shopping and every segment is variable to push you at any fitness level!

Weights is exactly that, one hour of barbell work that trains every major muscle of your body. But wait, there’s a cardiovascular component to it that will tone you to where you want to be. You get to choose the weight you lift so every fitness level can join and see results fast!

Kickboxing is one hour of throwing punches, landing kicks and fighting like you’re really in the ring. It goes by so quickly, you won’t even know you’re doing cardiovascular training! Never forget that you’ll be building great shoulder definition as well as training your lower body like never before.

Mountain Movement sessions combine strength, core, range of motion, balance, flexibility, and fun using your body as your main tool along with weights. Since you’re moving through the exercises in a small group, you get the attention you need to adjust the workout to fit your specific goals. Individual focus means you move in the best way for your body, wherever that is in this moment!

Mountain Movement Yoga is for everyone: From those who can get out of bed in the morning to those who know how to strike a pose, there‘s something for you! Want flexibility or strength? Need to work on balance? Not in perfect shape? Mountain Movement Yoga is designed so you move well, have fun, and leave feeling better than when you walked in.

Yoga is a great way to lengthen and strengthen your entire body where we warm up the body before working on strengthening poses and ending with some deep stretches and slow breathing. The best part? The yoga nap at the end!

Class size is limited to five participants to give great instructor attention to every student but this means you really need to sign up in advance!

Drop-in costs $15 per class, and there are 4-punch ($50) and 8-punch ($80) cards available.
